And last but certainly not least from the Spice Rack litter…Ancho’s adoption announcement!
Ancho’s adoption story is a special one because his forever home – his foster home – is the very place his journey began.
When his biological mom, Ginger, first came into BTRC’s care, an amazing volunteer welcomed her in. Not long after, she discovered Ginger was pregnant and made the decision to stand by her through the rest of her pregnancy and help her raise six beautiful puppies through those important first weeks. ❤️
In the middle of all that love (and chaos), Ancho discovered that he fit in perfectly, and he was already where he belonged. Right from the beginning, his siblings, BTRC alum Rosie and BT brother Tully, have shown him the ropes and how to “dog.” From walks to playtime, Ancho has no trouble keeping up with his older siblings!
We will forever be grateful that Ancho and his siblings were born within the safety of rescue and cared for by the hands of a truly devoted foster mom. And his story – staying with the family who loved him since his first breath – makes it even more wonderful.
