Meet Morty!
This handsome ten-year-old boy was surrendered because his owner’s work schedule meant he was being left alone for long stretches of time. With the hope of giving Morty more companionship and attention, BTRC was contacted to help.
Morty’s foster mom is smitten already – it’s not hard when you’re looking at a face like his! Playing ball is #1 on his list of favourites, and a snuggle session while he winds down comes in a close second. While his feline foster siblings were wary at first, they too seem to be intrigued by their new roommate and have been making more frequent appearances to sneak a peek.
With a vet appointment coming up, we will have more to report on Morty, and we’ll be sure to update soon!
