In fact, Romeo was home the second he stepped through his foster’s door. It’s safe to say that Romeo is living up to his namesake and has stolen the hearts of his new family.
Romeo started his BTRC journey in a shelter with various medical issues and separation anxiety. When his family met him, all they saw was a boy who needed to be loved. All Romeo wanted to do was to love them back. It only took a few short weeks for them to make it official.
We are pleased to announce that Romeo’s BTRC journey has continued into the next phase – his new beginning. His forever. ❤
Four-year-old Romeo came to us from a Quebec shelter. He found himself there due to various medical issues, which need to be further explored, and separation anxiety.
Romeo’s foster family is giving him time to decompress and familiarize himself with his new surroundings. He’s already been enjoying lots of walks, his new treat ball, an array of toys, and lots of belly rubs. And his big fluffy bed is so much better than a kennel run.
Romeo is being fostered in the Southwestern region of Ontario and is not yet ready for adoption.
